Our Hot Chocolate powders are soluble in hot water. There is no need to add extra fresh milk or milk powder.
There are 2 standard Hot Chocolate recipes. Both recipes can be used without adding any fresh milk or milk powder, as the milk ingredient is already added to the powders.
There is one Hot Chocolate recipe specially developed for Vending machines and another for retail packaging
Besides our standard recipes we can produce a tailor made Hot Chocolate, according to your own specification and taste.
Type KCD/43 ( for vending machines)
Sugar, partially fat reduced cocoa powder(23.3%), glucose syrup with fructose, coffee creamer, salt, emulsifier E471, stabilizer E 340, flavouring, and stabilizer E 452.
Type KCD/49 ( for retail packaging)
Sugar, low fat cocoa powder (15%), coffee creamer, lactose, skimmed milk powder, glucose syrup of isoglucose, salt, vanillin
- Both products are packed in 25kg bags, palletized and we load 22 mt into a container.
