Topping base powder is giving a fast and high overrun combined with an excellent smooth mouth feel, creamy taste and foam stability. Topping base powder is based on vegetable oil, proteins and specific composition of vegetable emulsifiers. The whipping time is less than 3 minutes. Product is stable at room temperature.

200gr powder to 300ml cold water
